Experienced Sales Development Representative - Remote (Living in DC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NC, SC, GA, or FL only)
Blume LLC is a rapidly growing sales development consulting firm seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will drive demand generation for clients and be the first point of contact with prospects through outbound outreach, while collaborating with the SDR team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Utilize our lead generation tools and resources to make calls, send emails, connect on LinkedIn, introduce our clients' solutions and secure meetings
Proactively source and qualify high-quality leads to support our clients' sales efforts, meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas
Research and create targeted lists of prospects who could benefit from our clients' tech product/service
Reach out to curated and targeted lists to identify sales opportunities
Guide qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process by scheduling further conversations between the prospect and the client's Account Executive
Implement email campaigns, sales pitches, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies to improve lead generation
Present our client companies to newly identified leads
Meet or exceed monthly calling and meeting quotas and track results using provided tools
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Blume's offerings
Collaborate with the team and leadership to serve our clients and drive business success
Build trusted and collaborative partnerships with your clients
Continuously develop your sales skills and expand your knowledge of clients and the industry
Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred
A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
6 months to 3 years of prior SDR experience, including cold calling and outbound email, and LinkedIn prospecting, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics, is strongly preferred
Experience working as an SDR at a sales development agency, interfacing with multiple clients, is preferred
SDR certification is a plus
Experience in commercial real estate technology (PropTech), construction tech, healthcare tech, HR tech, fintech, or cybersecurity is a plus
