Responsibilities
Assist with troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems
Support server setup, configuration, and maintenance
Help document and support identity and access management tools
Assist with automation and process improvement efforts
Collaborate with engineers and developers on infrastructure solutions
Support backup, recovery, and operational tasks
Participate in team meetings, training, and learning opportunities
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Familiarity with servers, networking, or scripting through coursework, labs, or projects
Strong interest in learning systems engineering and infrastructure concepts
Preferred
Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/SAN, DNS)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, .NET, cloud platforms, or identity/access management
