Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and admitted graduate students, providing accurate and timely information about programs, application requirements, and enrollment steps
Implement recruitment activities and outreach efforts in collaboration with graduate program directors and Graduate School leadership
Manage and track graduate applications and recruitment activity using Slate CRM, including coordinating application materials and monitoring application progress
Conduct in-person, phone, and virtual appointments, and represent Xavier at local, regional, and national recruitment events
Support the admissions decision process through collaboration with faculty in reviewing application materials, interviewing candidates as appropriate, and providing input to academic programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in higher education or a related field
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capability to learn new software and systems
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in graduate recruitment or admissions
Experience working with CRM systems, such as Slate
