Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and interpret large-scale bulk and single-cell multi-omic datasets from preclinical models and human patient samples to understand disease biology and progression
Identify and prioritize therapeutic targets and biomarkers to support discovery programs and translational hypotheses
Analyze molecular and clinical data to inform drug mechanisms of action, patient stratification, and clinical development strategy
Identify, curate, and integrate relevant datasets from internal and external sources
Apply and adapt state-of-the-art computational and statistical approaches to biological and clinical questions
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams of experimental, quantitative, and clinical scientists across discovery and development
Communicate complex analyses and insights clearly to diverse scientific and project-level audiences

Required

Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field; or a Ph.D. in (Molecular) Biology or Immunology with in-depth experience in high-throughput data analysis evidenced by publications
0–3 years of post-PhD experience (industry or academia). A strong publication record is a plus
Experience with single-cell and multi-omic data analysis and clinical data
Strong interest in inflammatory diseases; prior expertise in immunology or inflammation, and prior experience in COPD, are a plus
Proficiency in advanced analytical tools and algorithms, with extensive experience in R and/or Python for statistics and computational biology
Familiarity with UNIX, high-performance computing environments, and ML/AI approaches is a plus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to varied audiences
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment
