Senior Membership Manager
Onelife is an energetic club team dedicated to enhancing member experience. As a Senior Membership Manager, you will lead membership sales, coach staff, and manage day-to-day club operations to ensure a high-quality experience for all members.

Responsibilities
Recruit, convert, and retain members to meet monthly sales goals
Host tours, enroll members, and manage follow-ups
Lead and coach staff in your assigned department; create schedules and manage payroll approvals
Generate local leads and support club marketing/outreach
Track leads, appointments, and point-of-sale interactions in our systems
Lead from the Front and help with day-to-day club ops
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills
Organized, punctual, and customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence
Comfortable with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM/sales tracking)
Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings)
Preferred
2+ years sales experience preferred
