New Grad, Entry LevelAA Consultant Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a contract, full-time on-site role. The Desktop Support Technician will provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support printer systems.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support printer systems
Conduct diagnostics
Perform computer repairs
Troubleshoot technical problems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
Proactive communication and collaboration with team members and users at the location to deliver excellent IT support services
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in managing and supporting Desktop Computers
Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
Knowledge of Printer Support and related technical issues
Skills in hardware maintenance and Computer Repair
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Preferred
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP, or similar)
Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems
