Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Corporate systems team, Corporate data engineering team, and RSUM Business Intelligence team for implementation, validation, and reporting of newly added data fields in core source systems
Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
Work with data in several tools/capacities to address operational and management reporting needs, including MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, DataBricks, etc
Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
Own end-to-end lifecycle of data & reporting projects
Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field, and 7-10 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, etc
Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver projects & outcomes
Experience with regular QA testing and data validation

Intermediate/Advanced Fluency in MS Excel. Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA are a plus
