Responsibilities
Answers and routes calls on a multi-line phone system
Schedules appointments using Handshake and Outlook
Responds to email and in-person inquiries related to Career Hub services, events, O'Neill programs, and internships for credit
Refers students and families to appropriate IU offices and departments
Supports data entry, data collection, and data cleaning for office metrics and the First Destination Survey
Submits purchase orders (POs), order office supplies, and make travel arrangements for staff as needed
Performs additional administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
1 year of experience in a fast-paced office environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
