Executive Assistant to the Executive Director
StoneRidge Senior Living Community is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing priorities, coordinating activities, and streamlining operations for the Executive Director while serving as a liaison with the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities
Provide senior-level administrative support to Executive Director
Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors
Manage and supervise the reception team
Contract negotiations for office equipment
Interface with residents, government agencies, and vendors
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of proven experience as a senior-level administrative professional
Notary Public credential
Self-starter - the ability to use resources and proactively present solutions
Detailed knowledge of Roberts Rules of Order and Board of Directors protocol
Ability to deal with confidential information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
High-level attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and accountability for self and team
Ability to multi-task
Ability to pass background checks required by a licensed residential care facility
