Responsibilities

Assist with gathering information, formatting, editing and reviewing contractual documents such as RFI Response, Proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Writing Statements of Work (SOWs) to flow to GSC for subcontracts
Review Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposal efforts
Create user manuals and guides for AAQ-24 program
Review all CDRL deliverables prior to delivery to ensure they meet contractual requirements
Responsible for writing, editing, and overseeing all program documentation
Analyze program processes and recognize areas for process improvements
Create workflows for program
Other duties as assigned
Cost Account Database (CAD) reviews/support

Required

Must have 9 years of related experience with HS diploma/GED. Will consider a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' related experience or Master's degree and minimum of 3 years related experience
Demonstrated success in leading teams or projects
Demonstrated success in continuous process improvement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at our Warner Robins site

Preferred

Experience with all aspects of proposal generation
Demonstrated success in performing in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of depot or production planning
Experience in communication, both written and verbal, with customers and senior Management
