Responsibilities
Be responsible to steer and run medium to large multi-million dollar engagements to implement SAP software for Cloud and On-Premise solutions
Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with client to understand the client's business priorities and align SAP assets and expertise with these priorities
Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, schedule, resources, and costs
Deep-dive into existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution
Develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and cost with quality completion. Identify client and other responsibilities and commitments up-front and hold them accountable
Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies
Prepare and present periodic reports and presentations for the Executive steering committee
Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines
Advise clients on using SAP solutions to meet their business needs
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI Clearance
5-10 years of related experience managing medium to large projects or programs
Experience in an Agile or Hybrid delivery model
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA migrations is a plus
US Citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
English: Fluent
