Business Development Manager
The Staff Pad is seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business and high-value project opportunities. The role focuses on acquiring new logos, developing multi-location projects, and creating a pipeline for branches to execute while collaborating closely with manufacturers and integrators.

Responsibilities
Target and win new dealers, integrators, resellers, and end users
Build a strategic pipeline of multi-location opportunities for branch fulfillment
Identify and nurture large construction, security, and technology projects
Drive manufacturer registration and opportunity tracking
Conduct joint field visits, trainings, demos, and roadshows
Funnel manufacturer leads and registered opportunities into CRM
Collaborate weekly with branch managers to pass opportunities and align on pricing/project timelines
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data
Log all interactions and provide monthly reporting
Analyze territory potential and run quarterly territory business reviews
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in regional/territory sales with strong hunter skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Some travel and occasional evening/weekend work (<10%)
