Responsibilities
Defining clear milestones, establishing owners, tracking progress against commitments, and holding internal teams, suppliers, and sites accountable to recovery actions
Leading targeted improvement initiatives to close gaps, stabilize delivery, and strengthen customer‐facing performance metrics, with transparent status communication to leadership and customers
Collaborating closely across ISC Operations, Materials Management, procurement, and manufacturing sites to resolve systemic issues across the extended value stream
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or project management
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
strong analytical and communication skills
sound judgment
proficiency in SAP
demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
Preferred
Prior *** experience is strongly preferred
