Procurement Analyst (TEMP)

They are seeking a temporary Procurement Analyst to support the Maximo workflow system, manage Requests for Quotes, and collaborate with other functions to resolve issues related to procurement.

Responsibilities

Submitting Requests for Quote (RFQ)
Evaluating Supplier Quotes
Creating Sourcing Packages
Managing workload in Maximo
Researching part history in SAP PRISM and Accuris (Haystack Gold)
Working with other functions to resolve problems (Engineering, Quality, Program, Supply Chain)
Expectations of the role (SAP, Program access)

Qualification

Supply Chain ExperienceSAP PRISMMicrosoft Office 365Automation ToolsLeadership CapabilitiesInfluencing SkillsCollaboration Skills

Required

Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Experience in Supply Chain
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft office 365 (Excel and Word)
Experience using SAP PRISM
Experience in utilizing automation tools and strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence, demonstrate presence, and effectively engage with internal teams and suppliers
