Internet Director
Capitol Chevrolet, the #1 Volume Chevy Dealership in Austin, is looking for a proven Internet Director to lead our digital sales department. The role requires a results-driven leader who can manage volume, coach a team, and personally produce results, focusing on performance and accountability in handling digital leads.

Responsibilities
Manage all incoming digital leads with a focus on speed, structure, and conversion
Personally work Dealer Socket and Mastermind daily, handling inbound leads and making 80–100 outbound calls
Lead and develop internet sales team with training and accountability
Drive appointment volume and ensure high show-to-sale ratios
Optimize lead follow-up processes to reduce response time and increase engagement
Work with sales managers to ensure sales
Qualification
Required
5+ years of automotive Internet Sales Experience required
5 day work week-willing to work Fridays and Saturdays 9am-9pm
History of closing at 25–30% or higher from digital leads
Deep understanding of Dealer Socket, Mastermind and modern lead handling strategies
High-level phone, email and texting skills
Ability to motivate a team while remaining personally accountable for results
Preferred
Sales management or team leadership experience preferred
