Responsibilities
Craft compelling data narratives through the synthesis of multiple data sources to provide actionable insights around the performance of scripted, non-fiction, news, sports, kids, and comedy stand-up content across the full TV ecosystem (streaming, broadcast, and cable)
Contribute to the maintenance and ongoing development of the TV research database
Help build and maintain the Microsoft Fabric workspace, including pipelines, dataflows, and stored procedures
Develop and update Power BI dashboards for TV data analysis, ensuring accuracy and usability
Write and maintain SQL logic to extract, transform, and analyze TV data
Assist with data cleaning, validation, and data quality management (DMO) activities
Create and maintain documentation for tables, data models, dashboards, and analytical logic
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; highly collaborative and inclusive team player
Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and can easily adapt to change
Must have the ability to meet deadlines and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
Working knowledge of Power BI, including building dashboards and writing DAX measures
Preferred
BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
Experience or exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar data platforms is a plus
Familiarity writing SQL or Python is a plus
