Responsibilities
Assist in interviewing stakeholders across Commercial Development and Clinical & Medical Affairs to document business needs and translate them into technical user stories
Help maintain the strategic CRM roadmap, ensuring project timelines are up to date
Participate in testing new system features to ensure they work perfectly before they are released to our field teams
Create training materials, “how-to” guides, and communications to help our users adopt new CRM capabilities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
You enjoy solving puzzles and figuring out how different systems or data points connect
Strong written and verbal skills; you can explain a technical idea to a non-technical person
Preferred
Interest in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
Continuous improvement mindset – you're always looking for a better way to do things
