Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deploy software releases across various platforms and products to ensure timely and accurate implementation of defined deliverables without disruption to business operations
Work closely with multiple teams, such as development, quality assurance, project management, DevOps, scrum masters, delivery leads and business operations
Manage end-to-end release lifecycle, effectively communicating the release objectives based on release scope
Organize and facilitate milestones, task list, defect and retrospective calls
Collaborate with development, QA and operation teams to plan the release activities and deployment scope
Work with delivery leads to ensure the release artifacts adhere to the company standards
Coordinate delivery while managing risks and mitigating potential impact to upstream and downstream systems
Provide end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables
Ensure execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the quality and timelines
Facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery

Required

5 to 10 years' experience as a release manager
