Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors and advertisers across the global cannabis and ancillary sectors
Deal Execution: Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous lead pipeline and detailed records using CRM tools
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent AudioKush professionally at industry events and in all high-level communications
Fulfillment Oversight: Work with content teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction and successful campaign fulfillment
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in sales, specifically within the cannabis industry or event marketing
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated and capable of managing a remote schedule independently
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with digital marketing solutions and the current landscape of the cannabis market
Preferred
Education/Experience: Associate's degree or higher in Business or Marketing is preferred; a deep book of existing industry contacts will provide a significant advantage
