Fleet Technician

They are seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Fleet Technician, responsible for maintaining and managing the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are road-ready and well-detailed.

Responsibilities
Check and top off fluids (oil, coolant, washer fluid, etc.)
Replace wiper blades, light bulbs, and filters
Monitor and record tire condition and pressure
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks
Perform visual checks before and after use to ensure safety and readiness
Report any damages, unusual sounds, or safety concerns
Help document vehicle service records
Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles regularly
Keep interiors clean and presentable for use
Ensure decals, markings, and equipment are in good condition
Organize tools, equipment, and supplies
Assist with moving vehicles around the yard or shop
Help track mileage, service schedules, and inspection logs
Shadow experienced Fleet Manager to build mechanical skills
Follow safety procedures when working around vehicles and equipment
Gain hands-on experience that can lead to higher-level technician roles
Provide support to the Fleet Manager and Asset Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping vehicles clean and operational
Willingness to learn basic mechanical and detailing skills
Dependable, punctual and eager to contribute to a team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
Preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicles maintenance or detailing
Familiarity with tools and shop equipment
Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and wiring
