Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in risk management or a related field
A minimum of three years' experience in underwriting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using office software and a willingness to learn new systems
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Preferred
Completion of CPCU is highly desirable, as are other professional insurance designations
