Responsibilities

Lead and manage diverse operational departments to ensure high-quality, individualized, trauma-informed care
Oversee residential treatment, risk prevention, education, clinical services, health and safety compliance, and facility operations
Develop innovative programs in response to emerging needs while maintaining alignment with Stetson School’s philosophy and mission
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards
Drive program quality improvement initiatives, using measurable outcomes and data analysis to strengthen services
Supervise and mentor directors and managers across functional areas, fostering collaboration and staff development
Prepare and manage the program budget in partnership with senior leadership

Required

Master's degree in a human services-related field
At least 5 years of senior management experience in residential or clinical program leadership
Experience working with state agencies such as DCF and EEC is required
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, with proven ability to manage complex operations
Adept at communication, team building and conflict resolution
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and to the highest standards of professional ethics
