Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums over $25,000
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients
Qualification
Required
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial lines account management experience
Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service
Preferred
Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
Education: Relevant educational background is preferred but not required
