Remote Bilingual Customer Service Reps Needed
MMC Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide support in managed care programs. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting clients with health plan selection, and maintaining knowledge of Medicaid programs.

Handle inbound enrollment service calls
Educate clients on managed care programs
Assist clients with health plan selection
Support enrollments and disenrollments
Review forms for accuracy and completeness
Maintain knowledge of NY Medicaid CHOICE
Escalate issues to supervisors as needed
Perform additional assigned duties
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote, EST)
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift within operating hours
Perfect attendance required. No time off permitted

Desktop or laptop only (Intel Core i5 or higher, 8GB RAM, 256GB hard drive minimum)
Windows 10 or Windows 11 required
Wired internet connection (Cat 5) with minimum 100 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload
USB wired headset with microphone and noise suppression. Bluetooth headsets not permitted
Webcam required for training
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior high volume customer service experience required
Typing and computer skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred
1+ years call center experience preferred
