Customer Service Representative - Foley, AL

Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customer with product and service information
Enter customers information
Process orders and forms
Identify an escalate prior issues
Route calls to appropriate resources
Follow up on customers calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Take orders by obtaining and verifying information
Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts; explaining latest items or featured products
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Influencing and negotiation skills
Problem solving skills
Organized and attention to detail approach
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems
