Responsibilities
Helping guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure
Inputting and retrieving information from our reservation system, assisting with reservations, and providing directions and information as requested
Having a thorough knowledge of our hotel information including room types, rates, packages, and local areas of interest
Be the point of contact for all guest requests and communication
Qualification
Required
Be friendly and smiling
Good communication skills
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
