Lead Maintenance Technician
Streamworks is a company focused on maintaining and optimizing manufacturing and warehouse equipment. The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various equipment to ensure operational efficiency while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Directs the workflow
Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines
Perform preventative maintenance as needed on manufacturing equipment
Follow all procedures such as lockout tag out and HACCAP. (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
Perform all duties with required safety equipment and comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Completes work orders and data entry tasks daily
Occasional operator training to ensure safe and efficient use of company equipment by employees
Assist with installation of new equipment
Works closely with parts/equipment suppliers and service vendors to ensure the best pricing is secured for supplies and services
Provide advice and/or training to equipment operators and supervisors as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong electrical aptitude
Electro/mechanical troubleshooting
Read and understand blueprints, layouts, and schematics of electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to use measuring and testing equipment (caliper, volt ohm meter, etc.)
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Willingness to work overtime as required
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
