Responsibilities
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for mostly salaried professional positions, to optimize job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and management. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule a high volume of interviews, understand team needs, and align recruiting strategies
Greet candidates for in-person interviews and provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Make approved offers to top candidates who align with our culture, required skill set, and understand our network and endorsements
Initiate background checks and escalate any issues to HR leadership
Coordinate all aspects of pre-boarding, orientation day, and follow-up during onboarding
Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes
Support employer branding initiatives and help drive engagement on social platforms and at occasional recruitment events
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership
Attends all meetings and training courses as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Experience working with ATS platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment
Preferred
PHR certification or SHRM-CP preferred
