Responsibilities
Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing
Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director
Participate in all community maintenance duties, including housekeeping, groundskeeping, and make readies
Qualification
Required
Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter
Demonstrates exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people
Enjoys working outdoors
Desire to learn make readies
Experience with groundskeeping
Great attitude and willing spirit
Excellent customer service and passion for helping people
Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets
Good communication and attention to detail
