Responsibilities

Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account research
Assist with responding to sales inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining client files
Learn how group and transient sales are booked, tracked, and forecasted
Help maintain sales databases, reports, and CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing efforts, including promotions, social media content, and sales collateral
Shadow sales calls, site tours, and client meetings to gain real-world sales experience
Assist with event-related sales coordination as needed
Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to support revenue growth and market visibility

Required

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
