Responsibilities
Support account management activities for a global customer, helping keep priorities, deliverables, and communications on track
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal leadership and customer-facing meetings
Assist with compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data to support business reviews, performance tracking, and insights including exposure to Power BI where applicable
Help maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to key initiatives and account deliverables
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Quality, Digital, Sustainability, and Agriculture
Supporting ad‑hoc requests as business priorities evolve
Learn and adapt as part of a flexible role designed to maximize hands-on experience and development
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Business, Marketing, Management, or related program; entering your 3rd or 4th year
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in sales, account management, or commercial roles within a global organization
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable taking initiative
Preferred
A passion for McDonald's Fries
Exposure to or interest in Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
