Gather financial data from various sources including Investment Managers, Custodians and Recordkeepers
Monitor data sources for consistency and completeness
Ensure data is accurate, organized and saved to the appropriate location
Develop data extraction procedures
Assist with fund level proxy voting
Assist with special projects
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
High comfort level with working independently and meeting deadlines
Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Degree in Business, Economics, Math, or Finance preferred
Familiarity with investment/financial reports, a plus
