Responsibilities
Oversee all contractor responsibilities and manage personnel to meet section requirements outlined in the PWS
Support and participate in cross-functional planning for IT Solutions, Projects, and Requirements, ensuring effective inter-section collaboration
Monitor workforce stability and continuity, adjusting schedules as mission requirements dictate in coordination with the COR
Ensure full compliance with key performance parameters including cost-efficiency, schedule, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery
Attend weekly meetings with Government leadership, provide status updates, address issues, and implement resolutions
Utilize Government ticketing systems and ensure issues are managed according to the approved priority matrix
Ensure compliance with Government-furnished equipment and safeguard all Government property
Replace or coordinate replacement of key personnel within 30 days of notification if required
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Management or an IT-related field, or at least six (6) years of relevant experience, clearly defined in the candidate's resume
DoD 8140 approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification
Must have an active TS-SCI security Clearance
Preferred
Security+ CE certificate
