Responsibilities

Manage the price support rebate process, including resolving pricing disputes and negotiating settlements
Implement and enforce policies while maintaining accurate supplier rebate records
Ensure accurate execution of price support rebates in alignment with contractual agreements
Analyze, track, and reconcile rebate data to drive strategic decision-making
Serve as the primary contact for price support inquiries and issue resolution
Oversee supplier credit collection and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance rebate management efficiency

Qualification

Pricing experienceAnalytical skillsMicrosoft ExcelSAP S/4HANACPP designationCommunication skillsCollaboration skillsAttention to detailProject management

Required

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, or account management
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with accuracy and efficiency
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience working with large and complex data sets

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA or Vistex experience preferred
CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) designation is a plus
