Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Participate in team meetings and provide input on technical solutions

Qualification
Required
Ability to be flexible with schedule as needed and adapt to change
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Efficient time management skills
Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks/projects with simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
Experience with ticket system applications
Android or other handheld device troubleshooting
Microsoft Windows desktop support, configuration and troubleshooting
Migrate user data to new PC during upgrades or hardware replacement
Use of Microsoft Office for technical documentation and process, policy, and procedure creation and maintenance
1-2 years of experience in an IT technical support role
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Preferred
SOTI MobiControl experience preferred
Associates degree preferred in an IT related field, or equivalent experience
