BILINGUAL HR Generalist
The Keller Group is a manufacturing company seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role involves providing comprehensive HR support across multiple functions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, HR policies, and procedures
Support all core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle activities
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including EEO, FMLA, and LOA
Track, analyze, and report on HR metrics to support leadership decision-making
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Prepare and review complex written communications, reports, and correspondence
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and initiatives
Manage multiple priorities while meeting short deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
High level of experience working with HR metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to produce complex written materials
Dependable attendance and reliability
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to evolving processes
Preferred
College degree preferred
Experience with UKG/ Kronos preferred
