Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Track Initiatives, Epics, Stories, and Tasks
Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and vendors
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog
Promote Agile best practices across the portfolio
Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership
Support financial management (budget, cost, forecasting)
Report progress to Program Management and executive stakeholders
Maintain project schedules, documentation, and audit-ready artifacts
Track issues, risks, and changes using PG&E standard tools
Qualification
Required
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience leading Agile or Hybrid IT projects
Experience managing moderately to highly complex software / IT projects
Experience working on NERC compliance projects
Experience leading projects in the $1M–$10M range
Experience with IT professional service agreements
Strong knowledge of Agile software development and incremental delivery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in a PMO environment as Project Lead or Project Manager
Experience managing monitoring / observability tools projects
Understanding of PG&E IT strategy and operating model
Advanced degree in a related field
