Responsibilities
Review and evaluate private investments held by professionals. Liaise between professionals at all levels and engagement teams to corroborate information
Work closely with ICN managers and PPMDs to analyze and conclude on the permissibility of financial relationships held by professionals at all levels within the firm
Document analysis and conclusions regarding personal financial relationships
Communicate conclusions to professionals
Collaborate with team members to identify efficiencies within current processes and suggest areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Bachelors' degree in business, finance or accounting
1+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in standard office-productivity tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Preferred
An understanding of Independence requirements for professional auditing firms
Experience working in a large corporation or accounting firm
