Digital & Social Commerce Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

Drive meaningful digital and social commerce impact by partnering closely with sales, category, insights and external data partners—delivering high‑quality analytics in a fast‑paced, omni‑channel environment
Develop clear, insight‑rich presentations that translate complex customer‑level data, performance reporting and scorecard outputs into strategic recommendations across merchandising, distribution, promotional planning and online execution
Shape data‑driven strategies that identify business needs and unlock joint value for Kenvue and retail partners across social commerce and last mile delivery, grounded in customer, POS, category and marketplace data
Prioritize analytics features and reporting enhancements by balancing business impact with technical feasibility—working with IT to develop scalable, efficient reporting solutions across multi‑retailer ecosystems
Act as a strong, organized servant leader—clearly communicating priorities, removing obstacles, championing team successes and reinforcing best‑in‑class analytical rigor across digital commerce teams
Lead category and performance analytics support for key customer engagements (e.g., Selling Partner Services, quarterly business reviews, business planning), presenting insights and forward‑looking projections in internal and external forums
Foster cross‑functional alignment across sales, marketing, revenue growth management, shopper insights, digital shelf, and IT to ensure customer teams are enabled with consistent, accurate, and actionable ecommerce reporting
Serve as subject‑matter expert for customer specific datasets and tools; ensure accuracy with data integration into Kenvue’s Snowflake environment with IT and deliver on the needs of the sales team
Deliver marketplace incrementality and shift analyses to inform pricing, content, promotional, and assortment decisions across digital and social commerce customers
Champion the voice of the customer by ensuring data‑driven insights and customer‑specific nuances inform new item launches, 4P execution, and go‑to‑market strategies across ecommerce platforms
Influence cross‑functional partners to align around unified ecommerce reporting standards, multi‑retailer scorecards, and performance measurement frameworks—including global partners working toward a global ecommerce reporting roadmap
Ensure full compliance with company policies and data‑governance standards, reinforcing accuracy, consistency and integrity in all reporting and analytical outputs
Serve as a change agent in driving digital commerce within Kenvue, at the customer, and internal Kenvue franchises driving and instituting strategies that enhance collaborative efforts of Kenvue and devising innovative strategies/solutions that result in increased sales, profit and/or business productivity

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data capabilities or related field
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
Ability to influence using collaborative approaches to drive rapid change at large scale
Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist
Proven ability to successfully negotiate internally and externally to align competing needs at high levels across dotted line relationships
Ability to instill followership through strong collaboration
This role will be located in Summit, NJ and require up to 10% travel

Preferred

At least 5-7 years prior experience in a consumer products company and/or with direct customer sales, category or insights
d-Commerce experience highly preferred
Experience with syndicated d-Commerce data systems
Prior people leadership experience
