Responsibilities
Execute on a partner enablement strategy that aligns with overall company goals for revenue growth and market expansion
Work with partner leadership to create scalable frameworks that address the unique objectives of different partner segments
Manage and optimize a partner database to ensure easy access to information about potential and existing partners
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product and customer support to ensure alignment in messaging and delivery
Define and track key performance indicators for partner success
Use data and reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and provide regular performance reviews to leadership
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
10 + Years of Experience
A background in the financial industry, specifically core processing
Commitment to doing what's best for our customers

High level of integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at one time
Above average organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Desire to collaborate, communicate, and build consensus across the team

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel occasionally
Preferred
A background with technology companies / managed service providers is a plus
