Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of field marketing events, including executive dinners, hackathons, conferences, trade shows, pop-ups, and experiential activations
Own end-to-end event execution: strategy, logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, on-site setup, and post-event follow-up
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, community, and leadership teams to align events with business goals
Support demand generation and brand awareness efforts through in-person activations and integrated campaigns
Track performance and success metrics, reporting insights and recommendations back to stakeholders
Represent our client on-site with professionalism, creativity, and strong brand presence
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing
Hands-on experience coordinating a wide variety of events (executive dinners, hackathons, trade shows, pop-ups, activations, etc.)
Baseline familiarity with the AI, SaaS, or tech space; prior experience in these industries is a plus
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and execute with limited information when needed
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
Bay Area–based
In-office schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Willing and able to travel, including possible international travel
Must have a valid passport and/or ability to obtain necessary travel documents
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (event setup and material handling required)
