Responsibilities
Showcase your computer skills by working with multiple software programs including our ERP system, Salesforce, Lutron’s CRM Tool and Microsoft Suite
Display your attention to detail by excelling with the Tier 1 activities assigned to you including Spread Entry, Manual-based Retail Credits and Write-off Entry, Cash Application and supporting the AR inboxes
Demonstrate your superb data entry skills by entering payment application accurately
Apply your exceptional interpersonal skills by working with the internal Lutron AR department to resolve issues
Help improve our business practices and stay on top of the changing work environment
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 2 years business work experience required
Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in office schedule
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
accounts receivable or collections experience preferred
