Responsibilities
Installs, configures, and supports district-issued end-user devices including Chromebooks, Chrome boxes, Apple iPads, MacBooks, and Windows-based computers with an emphasis on basic operating system–level support
Safely transports, sets up, deploys, and relocates technology equipment between classrooms, school sites, and district locations
Provides technical setup, on-site support, and teardown for board, facilities, and asset management meetings and related events, including audio/visual systems, presentation equipment, connectivity, and user support, performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or its equivalent supplemented by coursework or training at the college level in computer systems
Two (2) years of full time professional experience using and supporting Windows and Apple computers and network operating systems is required
A valid Class C, California driver's license and a good driving record is required and must be maintained during employment
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
