Responsibilities
Provides support and handles administrative tasks for department including but not limited to:
Check -ins for persons served
Answering and directing calls
Scheduling follow-up appointments
Monitoring lobby area
Scanning and filing documents
Assisting with client registration and data entry as needed
Collect client payment at time of check in if required
Perform internal audits periodically to maintain proper CQI measures
Monitors, prepares, and completes intermediate reports in a timely manner to meet reporting requirements
Ensures quality customer service by providing a positive experience for staff, clients, and

Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Adhere to acceptable professional/clinical boundaries and confidentiality
Intermediate administrative clerical skills (e.g. general office duties, reception and record keeping)
Learning contract specifications
Excellent English and grammar composition
General organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task
Highly self-motivated and able to work proactively both independently and as a team
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support role
