Business Service Mapping Lead
IS3 Solutions is a company focused on enterprise resiliency initiatives, and they are seeking a Business Service Mapping Lead. This role is responsible for defining, documenting, and mapping business and IT service processes to support enterprise resiliency initiatives.

Responsibilities
Apply IT service management and process frameworks to enterprise resiliency use cases
Read, assess, and create business and IT processes that support service resiliency objectives
Define and document processes in a clear, structured manner using standard modeling techniques
Create detailed process diagrams, including swim lane diagrams, to represent service and process flows
Use LeanIX to define, diagram, and maintain process and service models
Map business processes to business services, infrastructure components, and applications
Develop business service mappings that can be leveraged for enterprise resiliency, risk analysis, and operational planning
Clearly explain process models and swim lane diagrams using ITIL terminology
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather process inputs, validate mappings, and communicate outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of ITIL concepts and terminology
Proven experience applying structured frameworks to real world business problems, particularly resiliency
Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and create process documentation
Experience defining and diagramming business and IT service processes
Ability to describe business processes in detail and rapidly translate them into visual models
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex process concepts clearly and consistently
Preferred
Familiarity with ETOM
Hands on experience using LeanIX for process and service mapping
Experience working in service-oriented, resiliency-focused, or enterprise architecture environments
