Responsibilities

Execute strategic initiatives that pave the way to achieving our vision of a world-class Finance organization
Support efforts to identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and realign the Finance organization to realize opportunities
Creating PowerPoint presentations to communicate various aspects of the initiatives to senior Deloitte leadership
Develop, own and modify detailed Excel models to conduct what-if analyses and perform other analytical tasks
Collaborate with staff, managers and senior managers across multiple Deloitte functions and geographies

Required

Bachelor's degree in progress in these areas of study: Finance, Statistics, Economics, Analytics with an expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office
The completion of at least one prior Co-Op
The start date for this position will be in Summer 2026 with an end date in December 2026

Preferred

Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred)
Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations
Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders
Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects
Strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality
