Business Development Representative
Volatus Aerospace is a leader in North American drone distribution and integration. They are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, and create sales opportunities while building deep industry expertise.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in target industries
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email
Qualifying inbound leads from events and marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities
Participate in product demonstrations, pilot training sessions, and customer visits to learn firsthand about our offerings
Work with the marketing team to share industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback
Collaborate daily with the sales, operations, and technical teams to accelerate industry knowledge
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in lead generation or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, with a collaborative approach
2-3 years of BDR experience
Willingness to travel across the US (travel to clients, trade shows and events, and Syracuse, NY HQ)
Preferred
Associate's degree or currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the drone or technology industry is a plus
