This role supports the development of award-winning, brand-driven visual solutions across digital and print platforms while helping Georgia Power connect with customers in meaningful and authentic ways.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Team Leads, Senior Designers, and strategists to translate concepts into compelling visual executions
Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including:
Advertising
Web and email assets
Banner ads
Signage
Presentations
Environmental graphics
Other branded digital and print materials
Present work to creative leadership and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and integrity across all channels
Deliver projects that are accurate, timely, and aligned with Georgia Power’s brand voice
Share creative insights and contribute positively to team culture
Learn the energy and utilities business and apply that knowledge to design solutions
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution
3–5 years of graphic design experience in advertising agency, marketing / PR firm, or in-house creative agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of graphic and web design principles
Current web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Social media platforms
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Experience collaborating with senior creatives across photo/video, web, and print
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions
Confidence balanced with flexibility and openness to feedback
Passion for human-centered problem solving and brand storytelling
Preferred
Digital illustration and animation experience (highly preferred)
