Product Delivery Lead (Platform)

They are seeking a Product Delivery Lead to participate in QA aspects of the product development lifecycle, manage production issues, and collaborate with engineering teams on product design and testing.

Responsibilities
Participate in all QA aspects of the product development lifecycle from gathering requirements to functional, system and regression testing
Triage production issues reported by the business and customer facing team. Lead symptom, log collection, and CR prescription initiatives
Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of new test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Reproduce real-world tests at varying scope (eSIM configuration testing, Portal UX and Functionality)
Effectively isolate and analyze defects providing detailed steps and conditions or defect reproduction
Conduct audits, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure data quality
Work with the Engineering team, resolve issues, coordinate on product design, and offer inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs
Provide peer feedback in design and code reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Relevant experience in product enablement and testing
Hands-on development experience in Java
Strong hands-on experience with Automation of APIs using SOAPUI/Rest Assured or other API automation frameworks
Strong hand-on experience in web test automation using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin BDD, Eclipse, IntelliJ, API testing with Rest Assured, Postman
Experience with Agile software development process and DevOps
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; collaborative across business and technical teams
Minimum 4-7 years' experience
