Responsibilities
Develop clean and compact ETL pipelines using SQL, PowerQuery (M), and DAX to support nimble data modeling
Design, build, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for various business units
Optimize datasets, query folding, relationships, and incremental refresh strategies
Troubleshoot and fix existing reports while improving performance and usability
Train business users in effective report usage and self-service analytics
Manage data imports, transformations, and integrations between ERP, HR, Task Tracking, and Time Tracking
Leverage Microsoft LogicApps, Azure Data Factory and other middleware to integrate data across platforms
Develop ML models (XGBoost, Random Forest, ELM, KNN) using Python and logistic + linear regression
RAG-powered (LlamaIndex/LangChain) solutions
Qualification
Required
Robust knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, PySpark, PyTorch), SQL, M, DAX and HTML
3+ years of Power BI
1+ years of ML/AI
1+ years of Azure Data Factory
1+ years of REST API development
Experience building data models, managing relationships, and implementing best practices for report performance
Strong anticipatory problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally with accounting, operations, and business stakeholders
Can translate what people say into what they really need
Can see the big picture and the details simultaneously
